Kindergarten Registration (2012 - 2013 School Year)
Packets for registration are available in the Cullen school office.
Requirements for registration include:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Dates of childhood diseases or other illnesses
3. Immunization record
4. Tuberculosis skin test
5. A physical sometime after March 1, 2012.
6. Three proofs of residence i.e., a recent utility bill, telephone bill, etc.
